Cedar Ridge is a 55+ community that participates in the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. To live here, applicants need to meet the age and income requirements set by the program.

Age Requirement

Cedar Ridge is a 55+ senior community. At least one resident on the lease must be 55 years of age or older at the time of move-in.

Income Limits

Annual household income must fall within the limits set by the LIHTC program for Livingston Parish. Limits are updated annually and depend on household size.

Program Oversight

The LIHTC program at Cedar Ridge is monitored by the Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC), which ensures compliance with federal guidelines and resident protections.
